This is a “Brisk” TSD rally covering over 900km of choice mainline and secondary gravel roads on Vancouver Island. It is a part of the BC Regional Championship, Pacific Coast Challenge and Island TSD series. The Coast to Coast Rally follows the 2004 BC TSD Rally Regulations as well as the CARS General Competition Rules.
