The 2003 Gold Digger Rally will be a two day time-speed-distance (TSD) event, round 5 of the Yokohama Tire BC Rally Championship. The rally follows the 2003 BC TSD Rally Regulations, which are available from Rally Pacific Motorsports, Paul Westwick (604) 682-3296, or on-line at http://www.rallybc.com/html/regional_rules.htm The rally runs on straight-forward instructions, and will be approximately 475 km in length with roads about 60% gravel and 40% paved. Maximum distance between gas stops is 315 km (185 miles). Overall and class winners in the Gold Digger Rally are eligible for awards under the 2003 WCRA-Yokohama Tires contingency program.
Yokohama Tire Contingency Award Program: To participate in this program, vehicles must carry the Yokohama windshield banner decal, which will be provided at registration, and completely cover or remove any decals of other tire companies.

- The overall event winner will receive a gift certificate for 4 Yokohama tires
- First in each class will receive a gift certificate for 2 Yokohama tires
