A Rally Cross is an event generally held on
an unpaved, flat surface, wherein the course
generally consists of straight sections
and connecting turns or corners. Accent
in course design is also placed on the general
avoidance of obstacles such as trees, exposures,
deep ditches, etc. |

Due to poor ice conditions and forecast warmer weather, we're canceling the March 3rd Rallycross on Ice, for safety reasons.
On the bright side, it's a good time to switch to gravel tires - spring and summer events are just around the corner. We're also looking to expand our organising volunteers. If you feel like you have something you could contribute to our events, please contact Jason at jason@rallybc.com .

| For 2003, WCRA put the rallyX
series on hold as it concentrated on it's
first Canadian Rally Championship event, the
Pacific
Forest Rally. The Merritt rallycross course
was incorporated into some of the spectator
stages at PFR and proved very popular with
the spectators and made for great TV. |
